Our experience with Egensys has been fantastic from start to finish. We had a prompt response from our initial enquiry with Matthew Baxter carrying out a survey within the week explaining the technology and his initial recommendations followed by a quotation that evening. Because our knowledge of air source heat pumps was limited we wanted to obtain 3 quotations before deciding on which solution and company we were going to go with. Over a frustrating 2 months of companies not responding to calls, missing survey appointments and taking their time in producing quotations, Matthew was always available to answer queries and continue giving advice. We decided to use Egnesys to install our air source heat pump not only because they were competitive but predominantly because of their attitude, willingness to go over queries and generally being very helpful. During the installation Matthew and his team were punctual, polite, tidy and explained what they were doing at each stage overcoming issues that arose from the existing wiring and plumbing set up without any fuss and without the industry standard sharp intake of breath followed by an additional quote!!
