Ask for the heat-loss assessment, heat pump model, cylinder arrangements, radiator or pipe changes, electrical work, controls, commissioning and aftercare. Make sure grant deductions are shown separately from the full installation price. Two quotes are only comparable when they cover the same home and comfort requirements. Ask for design temperatures and expected annual electricity use as well as the final price.
