REH editorial starter discussion. Prepared by REH to invite genuine community replies. REH starter discussion — UK; funding and permissions must be checked separately. It can be worth assessing, particularly where there is no wet radiator system. Air-to-air units heat rooms directly and can also cool them, but most do not supply domestic hot water. Consider indoor units, outdoor space, airflow, noise, permissions and a separate hot water solution. Compare the whole-home design rather than treating the price of one room unit as the complete installation cost. Join the discussion: What heating and hot water do you currently use, and do you own or rent the property? Suggested next step: Request a suitability assessment covering every room and hot water.
