Timely survey and advice followed by detailed proposal. Equipment was ordered and installation proceeded promptly. The installation was carried out without any inconvenience and resulted in a tidy installation. Communications throughout were very good including a handover of the system. ( I was also alerted to a condensation problem in my loft )
