I would not recommend this Amber Green as their after sale service is non existent. They took my order, installed the panels and took my money. After 10 weeks I rang Amber Green to see when NIE would be out to turn my system on as they had told me it would be 12 weeks at worst. I was told it would take another couple of weeks. When I asked should I ring NIE I was told there was no point as they were very busy at the moment. The next week I rang NIE and they told me that they had not received any paperwork relating to my panels. I was then given the run around by Amber Green. They lost the paper work twice which they first blamed on the rep [who had left the company at this stage] and then they blamed it on NIE. They said this is typical of NIE as they will do everything to stop people getting solar panels. The guy whispered this to me, he was in his office, who was listening? He then told me that they were one of the few companies that submit the paperwork. This is when I asked why my paperwork had not been submitted. I could go on as there were many lies told. They do not return my emails or calls. As it happened NIE done the job very quickly after they received my paperwork. My panels are now working I think but I cannot get any guidance or advice from my installer. I only came across this site as I am online looking for tips on how to get the most of my panels. I have gave Amber Green 1 star as I am not sure you can give no stars. There are many solar companies and I don't know about them but I do know that Amber Green should be avoided at all costs
