just wanted to say a huge thanks to the team at Complete Green Solutions for a job well planned and carried out. We are not on the gas grid and for various technical reasons, our choices of a new heating system were limited to something electrically powered. After a survey, the solution you came up with was a heat pump with solar thermal panels. The installation from our point of view seemed complex but went really smoothly owing to your team of very professional tradesmen. In use, the house is always warm and there is what seems like an endless supply of hot water whenever we need it for our family of four. The system needs no adjustments - it is truly ‘set and forget’. It is great to have a clean, easy, efficient central heating system after the drudgery of our previous coal boiler. Not only are we eco friendly, the Government contributes to the installation cost through it’s RHI scheme! Target running costs for our three bedroom detached house are around £400 per year with this system, approximately a third of our previous costs for heating and hot water and I have no doubt we will achieve this figure. I would have no hesitation in recommending a heat pump based system and I would definitely use Complete Green Solutions again, as a company you did everything you said you would.

The work was part funded by The Green Deal Scheme which has made this work affordable now as it was something we were looking to do in a few years’ time instead and save up for. We were going to buy a new house before moving here and now we pretty much have one! It's created a brand new look and now stands out from the rest of those on the street. Now everyone is asking us how they can get this done - I think our neighbor is very jealous! It only took a couple of weeks to complete the work and the team have been really helpful. Hopefully this should help save on our energy bills in the future but also prevent further issues like damp which is common problem in single brick houses like ours. We love our new look home and is perfect timing for our expanding family!

I would like to thank you and your company for the fast and efficient service regarding our recent 4kw pv solar panel installation. For design through to completion everything went smoothly. The whole process from initial meeting to completion taking a little over a month. I am so pleased we chose to deal with a company that has such good relationships with its suppliers.
