We may not necessarily offer the cheapest system, but our prices are always competitive and for the quality of equipment we install our prices give great value for ;We fully appreciate that we will be committed to your installation for many years to come, so we wouldn’t dream of offering a product that we didn’t think could last the ;We offer honest, reliable and up to date information to our customers and we will never put you under pressure to make a sale – we will only recommend installing a system if it is appropriate for your ;We will never tell you what you want to hear just to get a sale and will never use any high-pressure sales ;We want to ensure that having made that commitment you get the best value for money and a system that will function for years to come.
Once your system has been installed, we will give you full training with simple instructions for the system so that you understand how it works and how to get the greatest ;We offer a free check, repair and replacement service for any faulty equipment for a period of five years following date of commission (we also have a six year insurance backed warranty for our workmanship and the panels themselves offer a 25 year performance guarantee). We want you to be delighted with your PV system and our no-quibble service is designed to ensure this. In addition we conduct a satisfaction survey of all our customers one month after the installation to ensure that everything is working well and that they are happy with our service. The feedback we receive is used to ensure that our service is second to none.
As members of the Renewable Energy Association’s REAL Assurance Scheme, we agree to abide by their Consumer Code which covers all the factors that contribute to a high standard of consumer service, before, during and after a contract is agreed so you have complete peace of mind.
Graham is currently a Qualified Supervisor under the NICEIC Part P Domestic Installer Scheme and the NICEIC Solar PV ;He holds the current 17th Edition City & Guilds Electrical qualification, has 20 years experience in domestic and commercial electrical installation, maintenance and repair and 11 years running a successful electrical ;His customer service skills are outstanding, his attention to detail, professional approach and sound knowledge of his industry make him the perfect front man.
Sarah works closely with Graham behind the scenes, complimenting his skills with those difficult to manage when out on site on a day-to-day ;Qualified to HND Business & Finance and with training in Standard Operating Procedures, Sarah manages and organises the office, accounts, VAT, invoicing, certification, notifications and general administration of the business and implements the Quality Management System which is fundamental to the MCS ;Sarah also runs a holiday let business in Wales by night and by day cares for Tom age-2 and Harry age-1.
Together we have the perfect balance of skills to work together to build our family business based on integrity and sustainability to provide a quality of life measured not just in monetary terms, but in a balance of work and home life and offering a service that can help shape the future of green energy for other families too.
