Green Pulse Energy were invited to design and provide PV solar panels for our eco house as we built it in 2017. Lee designed the system and recommended the 16 panels and solar edge inverter. The fitter worked with the roofers to fix the brackets and then panels sharing their scaffolding. All the paperwork was successfully done to receive the feed in tariff. A year later we had a Power Diverter fitted to use surplus solar energy to heat the hot water. This system has all worked extremely well and we have been very pleased. We produce on average 4,500 kWh of electricity each year. Approximately half our energy needs (including our EV) are supplied by the solar panels. We are now approaching Green Pulse Energy to fit a battery for us! We are very happy to recommend Green Pulse Energy.

My Solar Inverter stopped working. I called Steve who was extremely helpful. He said he would get an Engineer to me the very next morning. The engineer was here at the most, 10 minutes and repaired the Inverter. Although it was an expensive 10 minutes. I am very grateful their help and would certainly use them again. Thank you again Steve you were wonderful and a credit to Green Pulse.

After looking at several different solar panel providers, we decided to go with Green Pulse as they met a number of criteria me and my wife needed from a company. Problem with Solar Installation 9 years old. Generation erratic after heavy rain. Problem diagnosed with water ingress to connectors on the roof. Problem was expertly fixed by Daryl who also replaced some broken tiles and cleaned out the gutter whilst the scaffold was in place. Many thanks to Steve and Paul for organising it all and the scaffold team (C.Evans) for their hard work and good humour in the rain.

Great service received from Green Pulse. Both the panel fitter and electrician did great jobs... very friendly and tidy. The company appears very professional in terms of documentation and in guiding you through the process. Would definitely recommend.

Very prompt response to initial request for a visit when our inverter was not operating properly, and speedy installation of a new one, ensuring limited loss of generation. Great customer service from everyone and Daryl was quick and professional with the installation, even solving the problem we had with pigeons! We would not hesitate in highly recommending Green Pulse Energy.

Very good company, I had an issue and they came and sorted problem straight away. I got told by another company I needed a new inverter but when I spoke to Stephen he gave good advice and I accepted them to come and see me, they looked at the inverter and no problems, they said over the years the system does loose efficiency and advised a service on the system. I accepted and they did i, now I have noticed Mr readings are going up again. Thank you Stephen and Mark

Call to have a repair on my solar system was told the inverter was broken the engineer was back the next day to replace it very fast and efficient lovely guys very helpful

I had my solar panels inspected by someone else and got told I needed a new inverter and battery, so I called up Green Pulse Energy and they sent a qualified engineer out and they found that someone cut one of the cables on purpose. Green Pulse replaced the cut cable and everything works great. I’ve now got them maintaining my system every year. Big thank you

Impressed with the level of support both pre- and post-sales. A solar PV system is a technical piece of kit. I needed to be confident that I was making a sound choice. I was. Lee Oxley has continued to answer my queries. Having discovered I needed to move my consumer unit during some home renovations a few months after installation, Lee advised me about maintaining warranty and certification. Lee has been open and honest with me. I'm very happy with Green Pulse Energy.
