We shopped around before using Greenheart and were not disappointed. Good Technical knowledge and great service. This kind of technology is fairly new in the UK but Greenheart have a very good understanding how it all should work. Not cheap but probably cheaper than the rest.

Greenheat Central were thoroughly professional from start to finish. We had a Froling 60kW biomass pellet boiler installed which provides heating and hot water to our self catering accommodation rooms, and our own 5 bedroom house. Greenheat did not try to over sell the system based on RHI like other companies tried to do. One of the main reasons we opted for them was that they were honest about what size of boiler was required (other companies were trying to sell us a boiler twice the output) and they advised what to expect back in renewable heat incentive (non-domestic) and gave pretty accurate fuel usage calculations. The installation was very complex as there was considerable metre-age of under ground heat main required, which was to be connected onto our existing plumbing. They knew exactly what was required to make the system efficient, and they took on the complete job including installing a wet heating system and hot water requirements to the self catering accommodation, which was previously heated by electric storage heaters. Other companies were only interested in doing the boiler plant room taking no responsibility for anything else to do with our system. Greenheat also assisted with planning & building warrants as well as the RHI application. Overall they were very good value and I cannot fault them on anything. I would fully recommend this company to anyone.

We employed Green heat to design and install our heating system. All work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard ( and I do mean exceptionally high) by pleasant courteous thoroughly competent workers. Everyone employed on every aspect of the job , including electrical sub contractor, was very pleasant and thoroughly competent. There were some minor teething problems as we became used to the new system but the follow up care was of the same cheerful, willing, high standard as the initial work. This company provide the kind of service I had previously hoped for but never previously found. I have no hesitation in recommending the Greenheat ( central) Ltd for any work in plumbing, electrical and green energy . This company provided a 5 star service!

We contacted Greenheat Central as were interested in the potential for an Air Source Heat pump. The owner visited us twice and also did a survey of the property. The explanation and calculations were really helpful, as was the advice. We also appreciated that there was a genuine concern that we get the right product rather than just being sold something. When we proceeded the staff were excellent, professional, clean tidy and courteous. The job was delivered on time and on budget and when we had a few teething problems the follow up customer service was excellent. We would highly recommend the Air Source Heat Pump system to anybody and Greenheat Central for installing it.

On my return to Scotland I bought a property in Blairdrummond which had an old Fuel Oil based Central Heating System, that needed replacing. Having experienced BIOMASS systems in France I sought out a number of local suppliers. Being an engineer I did a thorough study of these suppliers, who's technical competence and interest varied greatly. Greenheat were very patient and made every effort to answer all my questions and explain "Why & How?" They also made every effort to find an optimum solution to my desire to minimise the space used and provide a system that could be run by a small generator in case of Electrical Failure. I believe they found the best system on the market for my needs !! The system has performed better than I expected and annual costs have gone down, even though my elderly father has moved in with us which has caused us to heat the house much more in both hours and temperature. Regarding Greenheat I can say that they went the extra "mile" to get the business, and their attentiveness and support did not stop once they got the order, but they have provided excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone with similar requirements and would be prepared to discuss my experiences, or even show off the system which we developed together. NB the system installed was not the one that they first quoted, it was the system that suited my needs !!
