After receiving a number of hugely over priced quotations for my proposed solar PV system (13/14k!!!) I spoke to Homeco Energy. Even though we are in Birmingham the surveyor came from Sheffield to talk us through the process and explain in great detail the benefits of different solar PV systems. Unlike the 'salesy' experience I had experienced before Chris knew in great detail what he was talking about and was familiar in installing systems himself so he knew what to look for and pointed out a number of issues no one had previously mentioned. The quote came back clear and an awful lot cheaper than my previous ones! The install was completed with little fuss and we are now up and running and generating our own power from just before Christmas. I have already recommended them to a couple of my friends and neighbours and would certainly recommend speaking to Homeco if you are in the market for solar panels

We were keen to join the pv panels users once we heard how charges and prices had changed in recent months Sought information from Homeco; and were given a tour of an existing installation, followed up by a home survey. Quantities of review literature of possible systems then given us to study Estimates and quotes given to us within a day; and an installation date offered Work started on that day, and was completed quickly (one day on the panels and another half day for the grid connection) Truly impressive and professional firm, small enough to be personal and experienced enough to know what they were doing.
