I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the SunRG team for the installation of a 4Kw 16 panel PV system at our house. From the introductory talk, the survey and through to the day of completion the whole process was seamless. We decided that with the rising cost of electricity we would go for a PV System. We researched the topic and felt that working with a local company would be an important criteria for us. Following several quotes and explanations we made the decision to buy a system from SunRG. This was based on several points: * simple and clear explanation of the system by Mike Webb * a clear pricing structure * realistic forecasts of the generated yield * quality materials used(examples brought to the first meeting) * we were able to select what components went into our system it was not a one size fits all * supporting paperwork was clear and easy to understand * the customer service provided by Mike Webb and his team surpassed all other system providers * there was absolutely NO pressure to buy. We like that! The scaffolding team were extremely efficient, the PV system team and the electrical installation team were also very efficient and they worked well together. They took less than a day to complete the installation in very bad weather conditions and there was no mess whatsoever. Some 3 months on the system is performing better than expected with some excellent yields in very poor weather conditions. We are above the predictions made, we have reduced our electricity consumption and we have some money arriving in the bank from the energy sent back to the grid. It is a win win situation and proving to be a great investment. Thank you SunRG you are highly recommended by us.

After our conversation this morning I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the way my PV installation has been handled from start to finish. Your explanation of the technology and the installation process were very clear, the installation itself was completed efficiently and very neatly and I really appreciate the way you have monitored the output of the panels post-installation to make sure that everything was working as it should. I will certainly recommend SunRG to my neighbours and friends in the area.
