when reviewing the type of heating system to change to the information provided and made available from iain marvin the renewables manager was extremely helpful, after weighing up options we decided to go for a ground source heat pump. The installation team were very efficient, polite and tidy, making the process a breeze and very pleasant. the work was carried out to a very high standard and completed efficiently. the boys were very polite and tidy, cleaning up after themselves each day, the commissioning and after sales service provided including certification required for me to apply for the RHI was very handy and efficient would highly recommend sugplumb and only use them from now on
